I have studied and practised a number of counselling and psychotherapy modalities. Working with clients has taught me the most important thing – that no two clients are the same and that each person needs an individual approach tailored to their specific circumstances and needs.

Sacred She specialises in counselling for women. Sessions last for an hour in the Bundaberg area and cost $95.00. Eftpos is available.

I also run workshops and retreats for women, where a group of women can journey and support each other in healing and transformation.
