InnerShe Retreats
INDIVIDUAL HALF-DAY RETREATS
Designed specifically for the issues you would like to work through, individual half-day retreats give us an extended period of time to work more intensively together to make significant progress on your journey towards healing.
Diving deeper into the issue that is causing you the most distress is a way to gain more clarity, a deeper understanding of the issue and bring you closer to healing.
To prepare for the retreat, I send you a detailed questionnaire in advance and then develop a unique program for you based on your responses.
Each half-day retreat runs for three hours. I also provide a healthy lunch, snacks, and tea.
FULL-DAY AND WEEKEND RETREATS
I run full-day and weekend retreats for women wanting to come together to explore a particular topic and support each other in a nurturing environment. I tailor retreats to the group’s specific needs. These retreats are a way to fully immerse yourself in a setting conducive to connecting your inner-self and for healing.
You can book a retreat for a group of women you know, or join a retreat exploring a particular topic. The retreat allows you to dive deep into your sacred self and propel you towards healing.
Full-day and weekend retreats are fully-catered with accommodation, healthy meals, and snacks.

Workshops
KINDSIGHT
The Art and Practice of Mindful Self-Compassion
Join me as we explore self-compassion. The Kindsight workshop includes:
- a series of experiential exercises
- meditation practices
- education on the science of compassion.
During this six-hour workshop, you’ll develop the skill of turning kindness towards yourself and learn to become your own friend. Self-compassion is a powerful practice and a key to healing and weakening the grip of your inner critic.

SHE IS STILL
Somatic and Relational Meditation for Beginners
Specifically tailored for those who have never meditated before, this is a four-week course in learning to meditate and includes components of self-compassion. The course runs as two-hour sessions each week, for four weeks.
In a supportive group environment, you will:
- learn how to set up a space for meditation and make a commitment to your meditation practice
- learn the basic mindfulness practices that fit into everyday life
- focus on waking up the body and senses
- develop a deeper awareness of your own physiology
- acquire gentle practices to increase self-awareness
- learn how mindfulness reduces stress and helps develop awareness, allowing you to become more present, less reactive, and develop a deeper connection with self.
The premise of relational meditation is that we heal in the presence of others. As a group, we will support each other as part of the course.
This workshop will run in 2017.

WIRED TO SURVIVE
Understanding the Physiology of Stress and Trauma
A three-hour educative and experiential workshop where we will explore the role of the nervous system during stress and trauma. We will look at how we are wired to survive as well as wired to thrive.
The workshop will teach you ways to manage stress through understanding your own physiology and through body awareness practices.
Having a deeper understanding of how your nervous system works on a physiological level can help you to implement different strategies when your mind and body responds to a threat.
The course will run on a weekend in 2017.

SHE TEMPLE
Let’s meet in the forgotten language of the feminine – silence, movement and sacred touch.
SHE TEMPLE is a space to come together to:
- to deepen our connection with ourselves and each other
- to be open to support
- to re-centre ourselves
- for nourishment
- to find a way to connect with other women in an equal way
- to connect in sisterhood.
Based on the Women’s Temple Manual by Chameli Ardagh, each temple will feature a different theme.

Saturday 23rd September 6:30- 8:30pm Spring Equinox

This Circle is more than talk therapy; it is a body-centred practice and includes a lot of movement, silence, and sacred touch.
Each Circle runs for two hours and is followed by a relaxed 30 minutes where we can chat over a cup of tea.
